How will you send my AsukaBook order?
Your AsukaBook order will be dispatched via FedEX or Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise specified.

How much is the delivery charge?
● UK Mainland: £8.50 + VAT per order(s).
● Non UK Mainland or N. Ireland: Depend on the book type / size and quantity.
For the first book:
Size up to 10x10 or 8x11 except NeoClassic Book™: £9.50 + VAT.
Size 11x12.5, 12x12, 10x15, 16x12 and NeoClassic Book™: £19.50 + VAT.
An additional £2.50 + VAT for every 1 book thereafter. (All sizes)
● Southern Ireland: Depend on the book type / size and quantity.
For the first book:
Size up to 10x10 or 8x11 except NeoClassic Book™: £14.50 + VAT.
Size 11x12.5, 12x12, 10x15, 16x12 and NeoClassic Book™: £24.50 + VAT.
An additional £3.50 + VAT for every 1 book thereafter. (All sizes)
For bulk order (over 10 books), please contact us for an estimate. Delivery charges are excluding of VAT.

Where is my order dispatched from?
All AsukaBook orders are reviewed and processed in Hertfordshire, UK. All files are sent to the AsukaNet production facility in Hiroshima, Japan where they are printed and bound. Once that has been completed, the books are sent to our office in Hertfordshire for a final white glove check, packaging, and dispatching.

Do you drop ship?
No. Unfortunately we do not drop ship orders directly to our customer's clients. We send directly to the delivery address on your account. Please contact us for further delivery arrangements if necessary.

Will you send me tracking information once my order is dispatched?
Yea, we will send you an email informing you that your order is ready and you will be notified of an expected ship date with a tracking information. You can then expect your order to arrive the following business day before 1pm (Royal Mail) or 5:30pm (FedEX) in UK & Northern Ireland. For Southern Ireland you can expect your order to be delivered in 3-5 days (Royal Mail)

Can all my recent orders be dispatched together?
Yes. This will only happen if we receive multiple orders on the same day. If orders are not received on the dane day, you will need to contact us to arrange combined delivery as it will not be done automatically. We are unable to hold numerous orders / books on site awaiting more to arrive from our production facility due to storage limitations. Because of this, most orders will be dispatched individually.

Is there a handling fee for AsukaBook orders?
No. All AsukaBook UK & Ireland orders do not incur a handling fee.
